Blinkies – User & Participation Policy

1. What are Blinkies?

Blinkies are digital collectibles — small, visual rewards and memory tokens that represent your involvement in our universe of Drops, The Golden Frame, and Unfound talents.

They are entirely digital and designed to create deeper connection, meaning, and interaction beyond the physical art.

2. Purpose & Function

• Blinkies are released during drops, events, or special campaigns.

• They serve as proof of participation, support, or achievement.

• Each Blinkie is a digital badge that we aim to display in a personal, online Blinkie Book, where users can view their full collection.

3. Participation & Availability

• Everyone can access Blinkies through a free entry system.

• Each Blinkie is only available for a limited time, and the end date is clearly communicated at each drop.

• Once the time period has passed, the Blinkie is no longer available – making it a collectible from a specific moment in time.

4. Purchases & Prize Unlocks

• Buying a drop unlocks access to bigger prizes associated with that specific campaign.

• Blinkies tied to purchases may grant exclusive rewards, access, or content.

• We use the EasyPromo app to manage prize-based campaigns.

  • When you participate, your data is collected through their platform.

  • You can read their Terms of Use and data policy directly on their website.

5. Ownership & Limitations

• Currently, Blinkies cannot be sold, transferred, or traded.

• Blinkies are personal and linked to the user account that earned or claimed them.

• You own the right to display and collect your Blinkies, but not the commercial rights to their design or visual identity.

6. Future Features

• We’re building a digital Blinkie Book, where users can collect, view, and share their Blinkies all in one place.

• We are also exploring new features — such as evolving Blinkies, level-ups, and unlockable experiences — to enhance their value in the Betworth universe.

7. Age Requirements

• There is no age restriction for claiming free Blinkies.

• For prize-related Blinkies that require purchases or personal data, parental consent may be required for users under 18.

• Participant data is managed through EasyPromo, which handles all prize entries and data collection.
