Drop Policy – Terms & Conditions for Drop Purchases

This policy applies to all artwork drops released through our platform. By participating in a drop or purchasing a piece, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. What is a Drop?

A drop is an exclusive, limited-edition artwork created in collaboration with selected artists, creatives, public figures, influencers, and individuals who wish to share their gift with the world in a meaningful way.

Each drop is unique — in both its artistic expression and its story.

2. How Drops Work

• First-Come, First-Served
  All drops are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Once sold out, the artworks will no longer be available for purchase.

• Time-Limited Availability
  Each drop remains active for 14 days. After this period, unsold works will be removed from the platform.

• Limited Quantity
  Only a set number of artworks are produced per drop. The quantity is clearly stated at launch.

• QR Code & Blinkie
  Every artwork includes a QR code containing a unique value, and comes with a linked Blinkie — a digital reward that may give you access to prizes, future drops, or special experiences.

3. Ownership & Usage Rights

By purchasing a drop:

• You gain ownership of the physical artwork and are allowed to resell it if desired.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or use any part of the image to create your own products, artworks, or commercial material.

• At checkout, you are required to check a box confirming your agreement not to exploit the image or its elements in any way that violates copyright.

• Copyright of the artwork remains with the original artist and the Unfound platform.

4. Purchase & Refund Policy

We comply with EU consumer protection laws, but please note:

• Due to the limited-edition nature of our drops, no refunds or cancellations are accepted once a purchase is made.

• By purchasing, you agree that the product is custom-made and exempt from the standard right of withdrawal.

5. Age Requirements

• You must be 13 years or older to purchase a drop.

• If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.

6. Misuse & Violations

If you violate these terms — for example by copying or commercially using the image — we reserve the right to:

• Ban you from future drops

• Remove access to digital elements (including Blinkies)

• Take legal action in accordance with copyright law

  
  

7. Shipping Policy

• All artworks are made-to-order. Production begins once your purchase is confirmed.

• You can expect delivery of your artwork within 7–14 days after placing your order.

• We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched
