The Golden Frame – Participation & Reward Policy

1. What is The Golden Frame?

The Golden Frame is a real-world treasure hunt connected to a unique physical painting. Each drop features a hidden artwork placed somewhere in a public location. The first person to find the painting wins a cash prize.

2. How It Works

1. Creation & Setup
   Each Golden Frame drop is carefully planned. We either collaborate directly with a selected person (e.g., an artist, talent, or storyteller) or create the experience ourselves. The painting and story are designed to reflect something meaningful.

2. Drop & Discovery Window
   Once released, participants have 7 days to find the painting. The location is accessible and legal to reach — no trespassing or dangerous actions are ever required.

3. Hints & Community Support

   • Clues are posted on our official hint page and in our Telegram group.

   • Participants are encouraged to help each other — collaboration is allowed and welcomed.

   • The community plays a key role in the journey.

4. Prize Claim
   The first person to locate the painting and follow the correct claim procedure wins the cash prize.
   If the painting is not found within 7 days, it will be turned into a new online competition with different prize conditions.

3. Eligibility & Age Rules

• Participants must be at least 13 years old to enter on their own.

• Children under 13 may participate only with written parental or guardian consent.

• If someone under 13 wins, the prize money will be transferred to a parent or guardian’s account.

4. Prize & Verification

• The prize amount varies from drop to drop and is clearly stated when each Golden Frame is released.

• To claim the prize, the finder must be able to verify their identity.

• We reserve the right to withhold payout if rules are violated or identity cannot be confirmed.

5. Public Sharing & Privacy

• If the winner agrees, we may share their story, name, or image on social media and our platform.

• If they prefer to remain anonymous, we will fully respect that choice.

6. Code of Conduct

• Participants must follow local laws and behave respectfully during the search.

• Vandalism, trespassing, or any form of misconduct may result in disqualification.

• Participation is at your own risk — we are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage.

7. Modifications & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel any Golden Frame drop due to unforeseen circumstances (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or technical issues).
